PAGCOR publishes its licence lists as PDFs and its industry figures as quarterly filings. LegitPH parses those documents on a monthly cycle and republishes them as tables you can read, sort and cite — with the as-of date attached to every number.

What is on this site?

What do the current filings say?

These counts come from the latest PDFs PAGCOR has published, parsed as of 2026-09-12.

The venue list is the one most often misquoted. It covers land-based venues, not online casinos, so a brand appearing on it tells you nothing about whether its website is licensed. That distinction is unpacked in which PAGCOR list actually covers online casinos.

The last row is not a typo. The only PAGCOR register whose title names internet gaming is offshore-only, is still stamped with its October 2024 revision, and is published as a scanned image with no readable text — so we transcribed it by hand. Who writes this?
